Which parks does it work in?
All four Disney World parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.
Is this a subscription?
No. Merrigo is sold as passes, and each pass is a one-time purchase. It never renews and never charges you again.
Do I still need to buy Lightning Lane Multi Pass?
No. Multi Pass is optional and sold by Disney. At the start of each day, Merrigo asks whether you have it. If you don't, it never suggests booking a Lightning Lane, and it still plans around any dining or Lightning Lane times you add.
Does Merrigo book Lightning Lanes for me?
No. Merrigo tells you when a Lightning Lane return window is worth booking. You book it yourself in the Disney app, then tap I booked it so Merrigo can plan around it.
Do I need to give Merrigo my Disney account?
No. Merrigo never asks for your Disney login and never signs in to My Disney Experience. You add your reservation times in Merrigo yourself.
How does Merrigo use my location?
Merrigo uses your location to work out walking times, so it can favor rides nearby and tell you when to leave for a reservation. It only uses your location while you're inside the park, and clears it at the end of each day. If you'd rather not share it, Merrigo still works, just without walking times.
